    Course Description:
    This overview course will discuss how to build and manage client and business relationships – understanding your client, theirs needs and requirements. In today’s “relationship economy” both B2B and B2C businesses are expected to go beyond simply doing business on a transactional basis. If they do not buy into you, they will not buy from you. Honing skills for assessing needs, finding common interests, and looking beyond data requests will be explored in this course.
