About Us

Melinda Elmer is a long time member of the Chamber and was a board member in the early days. She is an over 20 year veteran in the real estate industry and is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals. She lives here in Long Beach with her wife and young son and is an active member of the community. She has a small team of passionate individuals that work to help people's dream of homeownership come true or if it's time to sell, or move up or move down.

Melinda is familiar with many types of real estate transactions and has sold over 1000 homes in her career. Her vast experience helps homeowners today get top dollar for their home with the least amount of stress. For homebuyers it becomes less stressful because she and her team are able to guide buyers to find the right property. Melinda also holds speciality designations of Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist which allow her to help people navigate through some of the more challenging real estate transactions.
