Lara Foy is an acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist practicing at an integrative healing center fully run by queer women. She is a graduate of Pitzer College & the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College of Berkeley. With 12 years of clinical TCM experience, she navigates Western and Chinese medical knowledge with a gentle Japanese style needling technique. Licensed in California and Vermont, she has taken her practice to both coasts, Ireland and Mexico. Lara grew up internationally, speaks French, Spanish and Nepali.
Lara's focus is on microneedling, facial rejuvenation, fertility, oncology, musculoskeletal injury, lymphatic drainage and pain. She has particular passions for post- stroke scalp acupuncture, women's health and emotional psychospiritual work.
Outside of the clinic, Lara is an actor, singer and writer who loves to travel and swim in the sea! She has been an indigenous rights and women's rights advocate across the country for 25 years. Fueled by her own desire to heal, she has studied sound healing, aromatherapy, nutrition, life coaching, and artistic and shamanic practices. Whatever ails you, Lara is determined to get to the root, address it, and improve your time here in this wild, precious life. She will not give up on you.
